Boy with seedlings in rural Haitian village

Nigenson Dupres, 15, holds seedlings in a plant nursery in Despagne, a rural village in southern Haiti where the Lutheran World Federation has been working with residents to improve their quality of life. The LWF-sponsored nursery provides plant which residents use to fight deforestation.
