Tens of thousands of refugees have fled drought-stricken Somalia in recent weeks, swelling what was already the world's largest refugee settlement. The Lutheran World Federation--a member of the ACT Alliance--manages the camp, and is working with United Nations agencies in helping receive and house the new refugees.
