One of many popular savings and loans groups supported by World Renew in Nicaragua. This is one of two groups in La Reina, Boaco. The groups provide services that banks don't provide to people on low incomes, savings, educational loans, business loans, emergency loans, and they avoid the extortionate rates charged by loan sharks. Some groups involve young people, some are exclusively for women, each group has its own character.
