Add to Cart Add to Lightbox DownloadTracy Skinner, aka Sister Loosey of Las Vegas, a member of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, participates in a rally and march in the center of Washington, DC, on July 22, 2012, to demand that the U.S. and other governments keep their promises to fund global relief programs for those living with HIV and AIDS. The rally took place as more than 23,000 delegates gathered in the US capital city for the XIX International AIDS Conference. The Sisters are a non-profit protest and street performance organization that uses drag and religious imagery to call attention to sexual intolerance and satirize issues of gender and morality.
