Displaced find refuge in South Sudan Church

People walk through a camp for more than 12,000 internally displaced persons located on the grounds of the Roman Catholic Cathedral of St. Mary in Wau, South Sudan. Most of the families here were displaced in June, 2016, when armed conflict engulfed Wau.

Norwegian Church Aid, a member of the ACT Alliance, has provided relief supplies to the displaced in Wau, and has supported the South Sudan Council of Churches as it has struggled to mediate the conflict in Wau.
