Migrant worker in Taiwan

Jennifer Mapalad is a migrant worker from the Philippines who sings in the choir and does other volunteer work in the Tanzi Catholic Church in Taichung, Taiwan. She came to Taiwan in 2015 and has worked in a computer chip factory. She sends money home to support a younger brother's education, and recently purchased a plot of land back in the Philippines.
