Woman supports trafficking victims in Philippines

Francia Nemia Kikuchi is a member of Batis Aware, a group of women, most of whom are survivors of human trafficking, which works to provide support and education to Filipina women caught up in trafficking or vulnerable to exploitation by traffickers. She went to Japan as a singer and had a child, but is today struggling to get the Japanese father to provide child support. Here she sings on a beach in Lupon on the southern Philippine island of Mindanao.
