The biennial conference this year is abuzz with news of the U.S. government's approval of an HIV preventive drug, as well as advances toward a cure for HIV infection. Yet leaders of faith-based groups and others say Big Pharma isn't doing enough to make its drugs, especially antiretroviral medications, available at lower costs.
