Manyok Garang (left), 11, and Choul Majak, 9, catch fish in Poktap, a town in South Sudan's Jonglei State where conflict, drought and inflation have caused severe food insecurity. The Lutheran World Federation, a member of the ACT Alliance, is helping families tackle food problems, including by providing cash for the purchase of fishing line and hooks. These boys' families fled the region when war broke out in 2013, living elsewhere in the country until returning at the end of 2016.
