Among other activities – following the arrival of Ukrainian refugees in Poland as Russia invaded Ukraine in early 2022 – the parish offers Polish classes in order to help refugees integrate and find new opportunities in Polish society. The classes are supported by the Lutheran World Federation. Also pictured, Alona Habeliuk (right), who fled Ukraine after living through months of Russian occupation in 2022.
