Fadiya Foed Gerges (center) serves tea to Hana Henin (left) and Adil Gabriel, who participated in an economic relief project sponsored by the ACT Alliance and carried out by Bless, the social development agency of the Coptic Orthodox Church, in the Egyptian village of Kafr Darwish. It benefited individuals and families adversely affected by the Libyan revolution and other events in the Arab Spring, which caused many Egyptians working abroad to lose their employment, thus having to return to their home villages.
