Painting boat after typhoon in Philippines

Ninfa Necesario paints a boat that her son has rebuilt following the destruction caused in the Philippines by Typhoon Haiyan in November 2013. They live on Manipulon, a small island off the coast from the town of Estancia. The storm was known locally as Yolanda. Residents of this island have received some assistance from the ACT Alliance. Most of the island's boats were damaged or destroyed by the typhoon and its brutal storm surge.
