Add to Cart Add to Lightbox DownloadA nurses group calling for the enactment oof the Robin Hood Tax participates in a march to the White House on July 24, 2012. The protest criticized U.S. support for pharmaceutical companies which have resisted generic licenses for their drugs for people living with HIV and AIDS. Several people were arrested after tying red ribbons, many connected to prescription bottles, onto the White House fence. The protest took place during the XIX International AIDS Conference. The nurses are backing a small tax on international financial transactions.
