Street theater group fights HIV and AIDS in southern India

Accompanied by drummers, a young woman dances in the streets of Sathangudi, a rural Indian village to invite residents to a play about HIV and AIDS. The group is sponsored by the Center for Research and Rehabilitation of Infants and Females (CRIF)--based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu--which conducts advocacy and education on HIV and AIDS. CRIF receives support from United Methodist Women Mission Giving.
