Reconstruction underway in Philippines following deadly typhoon

The region was hit hard by Typhoon Haiyan in November 2013. Known locally as Yolanda, the storm left much of the community's infrastructure a shambles. Norwegian Church Aid, a member of the ACT Alliance, is helping the community rehabilitate its potable water system as well as build new toilets.
