Among the students is Ukrainian refugee girl Sola, eight years old (upper left). Owned and run by the Lutheran Education Foundation in Gliwice, the Albert-Schweizer school offers scholarships for refugee children from Ukraine to study at the school. Currently, 12 such scholarships are offered, 10 of which are sponsored directly by the Lutheran World Federation, covering tuition fees as well as daily school lunch free of charge for the children.
