Jenn Panelo Ferariza Meneses leads women in the One Billion Rising song as they participate in a Valentine's Day protest in Manila on February 14, 2019. The demonstrators called for an end to all violence, especially violence against women and the extrajudicial killings of suspected drug users that have plagued the Philippines since the election of President Rodrigo Duterte.

Ferariza is executive secretary of the Board of Women’s Work of the Philippine Central Conference of the United Methodist Church.
