The Rev. Hikari Kokai Chang, a United Methodist Women regional missionary, speaks to young women from Japan and South Korea gathered for an August 2016 peacemaking seminar in Seoul. Chang encouraged participants to confront the historic tension between their two countries. The gathering was sponsored by United Methodist Women, the Wesley Foundation in Japan, the Scranton Women's Leadership Center, and the Methodist Theological University.
